Philippians 4:6… Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything,
1. By prayer (it is important to express our hearts to Jesus)
2. And petition (believing for something that we do not have yet)
3. With thanksgiving present your requests to God.

As a pastor – I get people coming to me for prayer request all the time. I come across two groups of people …
1. Those who are not sure if Jesus is going to give them the answer, the blessing or the breakthrough that they need.
2. And those who believe that Jesus will surely give them the answer, the blessing or the breakthrough that they need.

Ephesians 1:3…The Bible tells us that because we are in Christ - we are already blessed with every spiritual blessing. The spiritual blessing always encompasses the natural, physical and material. For example … when we attend a church service that glorifies Jesus – Jesus will touch us spiritually. Which means He touches us thorough and through – in EVERY way. But when we believe Jesus for healing for a sick person – He only touches the body of the sick person. So when the bible tells us that we are blessed with every spiritual blessing, it includes every answer, every blessing and every breakthrough that we need. As children of God – we must believe in Jesus for every spiritual blessing!

Mark 11:24… God’s Word also tells us that we can have what we ask for in prayer — by believing that we already have it! We must know, believe and meditate that we already have our answer, blessing and breakthrough — for the bible clearly says… “Believe that you received it and it will be yours.”

John 1:12…Those of us who are in Christ – we become the children of God. Many children of God are acting like beggars. As children of God - we are called to thank Daddy God for the answers, blessings and breakthroughs that is available for us. We are not called to beg from God as though He is a cruel Father who is thinking twice about expressing His love to His children! If we believe that we have already received our answer, blessing and breakthrough from Daddy God – the thing for us to do is to start THANK Him for it!

Mark 11:23… We are in Christ the moment we received Jesus as our Savior. So when we pray, we are expressing faith to receive what we already have in Christ. And as we keep saying that we have it already (even though we do not see it yet), we will see it in the natural realm. Jesus is calling us to quit doubting. Many Christians are not experiencing the answer, blessing or breakthrough that they need – because they doubt God’s promises.

In other words - poverty of the… Spirit ( e.g. an absence of God’s presence in our lives)
Soul (e.g. fear, worry, jealousy and etc)
Body (e.g. sickness)
Time (e.g. no time to rest)
Talent (e.g. absence of good relationships)
Treasure (e.g. lack of finance)

Is never God’s fault… it is always the consequences of us DOUBTING God!
Matthew 28:18… Sometimes, symptoms of poverty in different areas of our lives - may appear. Symptoms are the work of Satan – wanting us to doubt that we are already blessed with every spiritual blessing. That is the time when we need to remember that all authority in heaven and on earth has been given to the one who lives in us. We need to express our faith and proclaim that we already have every spiritual blessing. We are not proclaiming to get it. We are proclaiming because we already have it in Christ!

1 Peter 5:7… The child of God can afford to be anxious-FREE because Jesus the Almighty God - cares for you. Jesus HAS GIVEN us complete prosperity and everything our heart desires is available for us.
